Payment shall be made to Dignity Home Services, Citrus Heights, California 95610, a JMR Janitorial Company upon completion of work. Work will be performed in accordance with the original consultation and as outlined in the Scope of work. After initial agreed upon hours, additional labor will be charged at $125 per hour.  This rate does not include the cost of haul off and disposal fees. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The client shall pay all costs of collection, including without limitation, reasonable attorney fees. In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if  the client fails to pay for the Services when due, Dignity Home Services has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this Contract and may cancel this Contract and/or seek legal remedies.



If Dignity Home Services is contracted to perform regularly scheduled Home Detailing Visits, or visits when the client will not be present, all reasonable and possible effort will be made to protect the client’s home and security. If Dignity Home Services is given a key or access code, these will be kept locked up and otherwise secured while not in use.


Dignity Home Services and JMR Janitorial shall not be liable for any damage to the property of the client nor any special or consequential damages. JMR Janitorial and Dignity Home Services take no responsibility and are not liable for any damage caused through use of products or services purchased by customers, or modes of entry supplied to Dignity Home Services, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of security, home, personal belongings, or other property damage).


Dignity Home Services guarantees your satisfaction with our Home Detailing services. If anything is not to your satisfaction, call within 24 hours, and we will return to your home to correct the defect.



If you must cancel or reschedule you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment the fee is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the Home Detail Crew there on site or your Detail Crew is locked out, the full price will be charged.
